About Us

The New Deal for Innovation project has been a very effective collaboration of French and UK partners. It has brought together a University, a public body, innovation specialists and a business support organisation. All the partners work closely with micro, small and medium sized companies and are only too aware that frequently entrepreurnerial abilities and potential for innovation fails to be translated into growth.

The team came together with the common aim of wanting to understand a poorly researched area, that of micro business innovation. And then to work on an Innovators Toolkit that would provide small companies with a range of information, specially created to meet their requirements that would help them to innovate successfully.

To find out about the project, hear from small businesses what they need and to look at our work in meeting these demands take a look at our key highlights and successes.
